Well, it's now official. We've reduced the asking price by $5,000 in hopes of generating more interest. This is because of a lot of the comments we're received from showings. There is nothing so humbling as to realize that other people just don't see your abode in the same favorable light that you do. Oh, well! Reality is setting in.
On the party front, we've sent out a lot of confirmation emails. If you haven't received one, or it got lost in some spam filter, just go to the BePaYEBT site and sign up. We're using an autoresponder to initiate followup messages about our depature party, and that requires a double opt-in. It's actually a pretty slick system.
