Well, it's been awhile since I've last posted, but still no offers, which is probably why I haven't posted in awhile, 12 days to be exact. We've had a lot of showings, but just (again) a lot of lookers. But school here starts about the middle of next month, so anyone out there needing to get thier kids registered in the Richardson School District will have to get a move on if they wanted into our area.
But we've been really busy updating this house as we go. New flowers in the front yard, reconfigured and de-cluttered back den, and some other minor things to enhance the overall look of the place.
The World Launch actually launched on time, and we're now an affiliated member of VMDirect and Hello World (video email capabilities for only $9.99 a month). Mail Your Ad. All 3 are really good choices for your advertising dollar (better than PPC's anyway).
